If you are not interested in camping the night, you can upgrade to a hotel which includes: Shilo Inn, Best Western or similar Yes the hotels will be a good distance away from the campsites, but transportation will be provided during your tour. Dear Ipshita, Thank you for your inquiry! The tour is available with daily departures. We recommend if you are booking a flight that you book your reservation first, and wait for the confirmation which normally takes 1 -2 business days. The tour does not include transfers from the airport, but you can meet the group and guide at the Circus Circus hotel in Las Vegas at 3:30 pm on the first day of the tour. We can then check with our hotel department for the availability and quote you extensions prices as we process your reservation. If you will be early, we can check with the hotel department about the airport pick up if you will do a pre-tour hotel extension with us. Regrettably, we can only pick up at Los Angeles airport. You might be required to self-transfer to the first night hotel.
